The Midland Concrete Products / King’s Materials location in Clear Lake, IA has been very busy renovating their outdoor display area. Just recently they’ve added this 16×16 freestanding Heartland Pergola. This pergola’s custom roof is half 75% shade and half 90% shade for customers to see the difference in person! We can’t wait to see what this outdoor display area looks like when fully completed – and especially at night time when it’s all lit up! Well done!
