You can purchase any of our pergola kits or eyebrow pergolas online through our website or order by calling in (563-345-6745) and talking to our sales team. If you are ordering a pergola with customizations outside of our pergola design tool, custom sizes or configurations, you will want to purchase by speaking with our team over the phone/email.
Upon ordering, either via our website or through our sales staff you will receive a docusign document emailed to you detailing all your options and pergola specs to sign off on before we send your pergola to fabrication.
All major credit cards are accepted as payment as well as business checks or personal checks. We also offer buy now pay later options via Klarna & Affirm. Individual financing terms are strictly determined by Affirm/Klarna. See more about these below financing options.
Heartland Pergolas does not offer any in-house financing. Those who choose to do financing offen use their bank or seek personal loans if needed. We have however partnered with Affirm and Klarna to offer you options for buy now, pay later or financing. Individual financing terms are strictly determined by Affirm / Klarna.
If you would like to use Affirm / Klarna, you would check out online and choose one of those as your payment type. You will be directed to either Klarna or Affirm's site to finalize your details, view terms and check out. Options may vary but typical payment plans include 6 months interest free, 12 months or 36 months. Both Klarna and Affirm arrange and notify you of your upcoming payments with them. They pay your balance in full at the time of check out.

We are required to collect sales tax on purchases shipped within the state of Iowa. However, we also offer a discount to our in-state customers equal to the value of that sales tax. This discount is applied to your total invoice. In the end, you’ll pay the same price for our pergola kits no matter where you are in the United States.
