We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover cards, as well as personal or business checks and wire transfers. We are also partnered with Affirm & Klarna, buy now pay later options. Individual fincancing terms are strictly determined by Affirm / Klarna.
We are required to collect sales tax on purchases shipped within the state of Iowa. However, we also offer a discount to our in-state customers equal to the value of that sales tax. This discount is applied to your total invoice. In the end, you’ll pay the same price for our pergola kits no matter where you are in the United States.
Due to the custom nature of our product, we cannot accept returns. All pergola kits are made to order specifically for your space and requirements. We recommend you work directly with an estimator to discuss all potential site, climate, and installation requirements before you make your purchase to ensure that you get exactly the materials that you need.
The most efficient way to place an order is through your local dealer. If you don’t know who your nearest Heartland Pergolas dealer is, you can call us at 563-345-6745 and find out! If there is no dealer reasonably close to you, we will work to place your order directly – just give us a call.
